Which Agent Rating Site Scores the Best?
DAILY NEWS
In a follow up to last year’s debut Ratings System Report Card, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® has released its latest report card that scores the most popular sites that rates real estate agents. PAR reviewed the 10 most popular sites where agents receive ratings and reviews and then scored them based on 10 questions and awarded them a star, half-star, or no star rating. For example, if sites do not allow real estate agents to remove a profile, they received no star. If the site identifies REALTORS®, they received full stars. Sites were also judged on who can post reviews, whether agents can respond to reviews, whether brokers can collect and analyze the data, and more. Realtor.com® and RealSatisfied received the highest number of stars, both 9 out of 10. Here’s a chart from PAR that shows how the rating sites stacked up against each other: Source: “Which Agent Rating Sites Are Best for Business?” JustListed Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (Nov. 11, 2015)
